Function and Features:

1.Count automatically and output in order

2. Adopting screw turning knife to cut and vacuum absorption to fold.

3. Adopting step less adjusting speed to roll to fix different tension of raw paper.

4.Adopts folding pattern through vacuum absorption together with manipulator, which possesses auto stop when paper breaks, auto electronic counting and pneumatic staggering function, thus facilitate to separate the designated quantity of tissue for next step if packaging.

5.Electricity control, easy to operate.

6.This equipment can have Edge embossing unit which is the same as samples.  

7.Wide range of production width for selection.

8. Design the machine with 2lines, 3 lines ,4 lines, 5 lines , 6 lines ,7 lines and 8 lines .according to customers’ requirement.

9. Optional items: Electromagnetic speed-regulator, color printing or laminating units.

10. The machine can equip with single color printing unit or two color printing unit according to customers’ requirement，adopts flexible printing  unit and professional anilox roll. and change the various printing pattern
